"Elite Britannian" is a highly competitive and exclusive invitational league.
This league is hosted by the Merchants of Britannia, and made possible through donations by generous players on UOSA.
Rules:
No Magic Items, No poison weapons, No Paralyze, No Mounts, No Reflect, No Precasting before the wall falls, No Pets, No Leaving Arena, No Looting, No Hiding, No Invisible, No Summons/Ev, Red Pots Only, Blue/Red League.
If both players agree to additional rules that is ok e.g. no red pots, no precasting gheal.
Restocking is permitted between rounds but not during a round. If you are out of regs or your equipment breaks during a round then you need to still complete that round before leaving arena.
All matches should be recorded as rpv and uploaded to http://uomovies.com/
Round Scoring:
Win - 1 to RW 0 to RL
Tie/Draw - 0 to RW/RL
Loss - 1 to RL 0 to RW
Winner reports match results (rpv or not) to me directly in game or via PM. All players must have a forums account. If there is no rpv and both parties agree on results then match results will be accepted.

Schedule:
Players meet at their convenience and complete matches. The format for the regular season is a ladder format (no brackets).
Regular Season (4 weeks):
All Regular Season matches will be a minimum of 3 rounds (if there is a draw you may have another round) and a maximum of 3 points scored total between the two opponents.
You must have a minimum of 1 match each week of the Regular Season.
You can have a maximum of 3 matches (9 rounds) with the same opponent in the Regular Season.
There is no limit to the number of contestants you can fight each week.
Week 1 (Qualifying Matches): Everyone completes at least one duel, these people earn the right to move to week 2.
Week 2 (Qualified Matches): Everyone completes another duel. You will have completed at least two matches total by the end of this week.
Week 3 (Top 3 Challenger Matches): Everyone completes another duel. You have dueled each week and you will have completed at least three matches by the end of this week. Top 3 must now accept duels unless there is a valid reason to not. If you are top 3 and refuse a duel without a good reason you may be penalized -1 RW points for each instance.
Week 4 (Final Regular Matches): Sign ups are closed. Everyone has dueled each week and has at least 3 matches and now must accept duels unless there is a valid reason to not. If you refuse a duel without a good reason you may be penalized -1 RW points for each instance. Everyone should try to get in at least 3 matches with each participant.
If you reach 0 RW points after being penalized you will be disqualified.

The Single-Elimination Matches will be a 5 rounds each match. The first to win 3 rounds will move to the final match. The winner of that match wins 1st place. The loser of the last match wins 2nd. The last person wins 3rd. If you make it past the regular season then you qualify for the playoff and/or championship match and one of the three prizes.
This comes after Week 4 (it is Week 5). These matches will be moderated.

Spirit:
Sportsmanlike conduct, no shit talking, no cheating. Matches which have dishonorable behavior resulting in a complaint likely have point penalization or in extreme cases disqualification from the entire league and my future events.

Moderators will mediate any disputes that arise during the qualifying matches. Their determination will be final on point distribution/penalties. We reserve the right to ask for rpv. If we are there then no rpv is required.
I reserve the right to select additional moderators.
A moderator will be required for the final two matches.
