Coconut farmer is thinking of retirement and is looking for somone young who can inherit his trade.

His house is located inside the only palm grove on this shard and has great potentials.
Either you pick up his old coconut trade profession or make this your safe haven when you wish to run away from the stress in town.
The house is situated fairly close to Honor Shrine and Delucia passage, as you may see on the screen shot.
No neighburs in the immidiate area, and just a random house here and there a bit off screen.

Living in the southern jungle isn't easy, you have some stroll Ogres around your home now and then, but also snakes, giant snakes and gators.

Price for house WITH decor is set to min. 100k (buy out 3 small deeds)
Price without decor is set to min. deed+20k (buy out 2 small deeds)
