Ok need more Help!!!!

Now i have my game running and i use windows vista (never fucking get vista EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and everytime i restart my computer i have to re-install UO it tells me my ciloc.enu file does not match up to razor (which is more or less a UO problem not razors)... it has been the 4th time and im loosing patience please somebody help

There was an exception while attempting to load 'C:\Program Files\Ultima Online 2D\cliloc.ENU':

This is beacuse Vista prohibits Razor from modifying this file. If you run Razor as administrator (I think you only have to do this once) you'll be fine.
Right click on the Razor shortcut, choose "Run As Administrator"
