Mark Scroll

Hi, I'm new to UOSA and haven't played UO since this expansion was relevant. I can't seem to find much help from fellow players in-game and thought I'd take my questions to the forums. From everything I've tried to look up I can't seem to find where I can get a Mark scrolls, any assistance would be appreciated.

they're on a vendor so you can get em anytime. honestly, i don't remember. i think its like 45g per scroll

I believe i have even seen them on mage vendors in town. (Probably more than player vendors).
