1899s spawned on Evil Mages when all the other hues spawned. It wasn't a short period and are more likely rare because of the different amounts of blues that spawned and the fact the majority were probably trash barreled after hunting.

Well I should have been clearer, they started spawning after the GF patch so none are GFed.

That link would be great and to add to your note, i havent seen hardly any of these ever coming up for sale, so either your right there are not alot around or very very few, or someone has a stash of them laying around, Im gonna go with that these are far and few between and will sell someday, sometimes u gotta wait for the right buyer to get on the forums and check out whats here, i would advise you to advertise on irc every once in awhile.

I wish there was some sort of link derrick could put up listing all the items in the server and the quantities of each so we have some sort of statistic to get a better grasp of the supply and demand of some of these items, but then again some people dont want you to know what they have hoarded to control the price of some rares *cough* rammar *cough* : P. I always thought black sandals were really really rare, then some guy showed me a stash of 20+ in a bag that he has been hoarding, yet prices shortly after that skyrocketed, even for non gf ones.....
