Sweet L Shape For Sale on Fire Isle

Selling my L Shape as I no longer really use it.

B/O 3x Deeds

This L Shape is on Fire Isle, the spawn is relatively low mainly alligators. There are two Tmaps spawns just to the north and south , both of which are able to be seen from inside the home. These tmap spawns can be fun for pking or doing your own tmaps.

I'm fairly certain Malice and Azheman own a vacation home somewhere around the area since they are always hanging around outside. There is no silver serp spawns unless someone drags them over in the area. Which I'm pretty sure Azheman does quite frequently, he must be some kind of strange snake lover.

There are no neighbors in sight and I have hardly ever see anyone my entire time there no other houses in view, great place to lay low.

The house does not come with the immense amount of junk pictured I will be removing that.

I owned a nice patio near where his L shape is, I can verify the spawn is very low, unless you macro all day and drag random spawns in. I didn't see a silver serpent there the whole time I lived near by.

Confirmed, sold him that patio. I also sold Lambo this L-shape and I didn't even have to kill any spawn to place it.
