Stash your treasures in one house and base your miner and crafter out of the other. With the lockdown barrier and secure container at the front, you can even leave the door unlocked so your miner can easily come and go without exposing the rear lockdowns to theft. It's a nice setup for a new player smithing, tinkering and tailoring his way to glory.
Buyer will also receive some recall runes, a map to the local mineral veins and (if desired) advice from an experienced miner. The houses are right on top of copper, dull copper and gold.
