Sweet Dagger Island mining shack

Well placed small at the entrance of one of the best mining caves in the game.
Great spot to train up mining and blacksmithing quickly.
One forge on the steps and one inside included.
Minimal spawn around here.

SB: L Shape
BO: 2 patios

Aution ends 24 hours after last bid or immediately at BO

I would consider financing a newer player due to the fact that you can rack up the ignots quite quickly and efficiently with this setup.
