Nope, you are good Gus. Epic first post sir! Thanks for all the resses on Billy Bayou (my bard) at the event! Congrats on being in the banner club.
Re: Guild of Eternal Shadow
I guess I must have been unlucky. Killed three abominations, about 15 titans, but all they ever drop was gold and a bunch of other stuff. I have to say big thanks to the guys who res'd me a few times when I tried to get my stuff back from my dead body and failed miserably. Namely Gus and Balkoth. Big thanks!

Re: Guild of Eternal Shadow
I'm not sure about the surfers. I have 1 for almost everyday of the event, except for the early part in shame and traded in all the extras. Definitely 100+, just a guess after that. I guess I'm just lucky with the eagles. There was an uptick in eagle rate when the titan gods and lords started spawning. I usually play in the middle of the night though, so maybe the loot that doesn't drop during the day drops when I'm on. *shrugs*. I blame it on my insomnia.Sultan of Swing wrote:jeepers! ive got a lots of surfers but only 3 eagles over entire event, how many surfers you managed? if you got same ratio eagle:surfer as me must be 200+?Gus wrote: 11 eagles..

I went and killed 6 devious abominations and got nothing outside of gold, regs, and burned scrolls. What's up with those guys?

Re: Guild of Eternal Shadow
Only one island remains. The members of the Guild of Eternal Shadow are no where to be found. Anyone who has leads on where they may be are encouraged to report to Lord British's commander.

Where's Lord British's commander?
Was searching high and low for clues last night but nothing yet,
The shame islands had lots of scorpions, serpents, slime and rats etc after last idol had gone - Thought to look for places with similar spawn, my first stop being Fire dungeon again but nothing.

Below is the most recent headshot of the Army Commander. The Commander can be found among other Order Guards. Mention the Guild to them for a most excellent clue!

Upon hearing the news of the Army Commander's appearance, Farenathir quickly took up arms to bring news of the guilds disappearance from dungeon Shame!
Upon mentioning the 'guild', Army Commander Mamie had the following to say:
Of course the danger the guild presents is great enough for parliament to convene!
Upon arriving at the Parliament building in Magincia, the below scene awaited:
There was blood everywhere! And worst of all - one of those feared buttons! What awaits the presser of the button?!
A book appears titled "This is Treason"
On the table each of the pen and ink belong to a dignitary from their city... Among them are the Martin's as well as that of an 'unknown person'.
Who could this person be? What happened at the council?!
The plot thickens...

Re: Guild of Eternal Shadow
After speaking with the members of the Parliament they were indeed in fear for their lives (although some might hide it!)
The Owl of Skara Brae however, I was too late to gain any answers from... directly...
Hidden in the room was a Suspicious Bookcase that held a book titled "Espionage" that the Owl had concealed.
Below are his final words:
Additionally a map was laid out with a point centered on the north end of Magincia.
Is this where the feared Black Gate is about to be unleashed?!

Re: Guild of Eternal Shadow
While following up on the clues given at the Magincia Parliament, I took it upon myself to warn their members of the danger the guild posed to them directly.
Each of them in turn understood there was danger, but they all had more to say as well.
I sought out Lady Trinity of Serpents Hold who directed me to Serpents Hold's General:
General Kagan made reference to Serpents Hold having fought off the Black Gate once before:
I sought out Bartholomew of Vesper who truly seemed to understand the danger he was in but was more concerned for Mayor Burnside of Minoc:
I rushed to Minoc to ensure Mayor Burnside's Safety, but it seems I was too late!
What happened here?! Where's Mayor Burnside and is he even still alive!?
I rushed to Papua in hopes of being able to save someone, whereas the tailor had the following to say:
It seems the Guardian, fearsome as we believed him to be was was just ONEof he scary beasts that ravage Pagan!
The Owl of Skara Brae of course has nothing more to add, seeing as he's a little short of breath as of late.
There seems to be a war brewing and all the clues indicate that Magincia will be the next Battle Ground.
Can it be stopped before it starts? If not, who will step up to defend us from the Black Gate and the likes of the Guardian!
