REPORTED ISSUE: [Blessed] item tag

ISSUE DETAILS: There is no [Blessed] item tag on items blessed via a deed.

ENVIRONMENT DETAILS: N/A

STEPS TO RECREATE: Bless an item with a clothing bless deed, view the results.

EXPECTED RESULTS: Items blessed with a deed will have the "[blessed]" tag amended to their properties.

As far as I know, there are 3 types of blessed items.

Newbiefied:
These are starting items, they fall to the corpse of a murderer (and only a murderer)

Blessed:
These items are much like the spellbook, even murderers keep these. Additionally, items obtained through the CUB system may have been blessed in this fashion. Pheonix armor is an example (I sported PheoArmor on my red on Pacific). While I am sure pheonix armor was blessed in this fashion, I believe that some of the items obtained through the ticket system, may have only been Newbiefied.

Blessed (via Deed):
These items share the same characteristics as the normal blessed items, but they have an identifier tag added ([blessed]) to show that they have been blessed by an item/clothing bless deed.

I think that this is accurate, and would benefit the ease of trade, on such items.
