MatronDeWinter Scammed me via IRC.
I was selling 4 Fall of Nuj'elm Statues/trophies and he offered me 20 level 5 Tmaps for them.
He gave me level 1 Tmaps, my bard with zero Cartography could decode them.
Here is the IRC log. If something can be done about this it would be greatly appreciated

[22:39:11] MatrondeWinter: c.) Even if that wasnt the case (and I am innocent here), scamming is not against the rules.
[22:40:27] Cad: I don't have to prove anything when Derrick can look at the item's game ID in game that was in your posession then mine, and then see that my zero cart bard decoded the map and can decode every map in the pack along with most likely being able to tell if it is a level 1 or 5 map to begin with

[22:41:19] MatrondeWinter: this is almost the exact scam that UOSAmerchant tried to pull on me with easter eggs the other day.

I doubt anything will be done about this, but I can hope I suppose.
