I wish to sell my banking boat, moored next to Magincia bank.
In case anyone's not familiar with Bank Boats - Their close proximity to the banker lets you recall/gate directly onto the boat from wherever you keep your key, then open your bank box with no threat of thievery or gate jumpers. Ideal for moving high value items to or from home, or for gate-dragging heavy loads to the bank without fear of interference.
On occasion the banker is just out of range but I'd say roughly 4/5 times you can bank immediately on arrival and if not it only takes a moment for the banker to reposition and allow you access to your box. An acceptably slight inconvenience for 'secure' banking imho.
This is of course difficult to value, so I'll invite an opening bid of 15k. Increments of 2k if there's interest.
There are only the two original keys, both of which I will provide to the buyer. You do only have my word for this so you may wish to drydock and reposition the boat yourself at a quiet time (this renders all previous keys invalid).
I'll expect to be paid at the same time as handing over the keys. Nobody will be boarding the boat for a 'test drive' while I still own it. I understand this means you have to trust me but I'm really not going to scam someone over a boat that I don't need anymore.
My reason for selling such a useful asset? I now have another boat in a different location that allows banking, and tradewindow trading with people who are standing on shore while I remain out of range of their snooping and thievery. That obviously leaves this one redundant for me.
I can be online just about anytime for any trade.
PS - If you're thinking 'I can just park one next to it' - You could, but note that the extra tile of coast away from the bank makes all the difference sometimes
