Looking to trade my placed L shape with addons and two small deeds for a placed patio with no/light spawn.
The L shape is located just North of the Minoc Bridge between Minoc & Vesper, 3rd house along the water. Occasional monster around the house, usually an ettin, nothing of any concern. Rarely any foot traffic, Minoc is 30 seconds away by foot.
Broker will be needed.
