Me and a buddy have been mining and selling ingots tryin to save up for a bigger house and i was wondering if there were still spots to place a 2 story or bigger house or if we needed to save up for the deed+more and buy from someone.

basically there are free spots only when another house decay (bigger housing spots) so its about running around for week to find a spot and place or pay few more K for a placed one ...

I also know of a free 1 L 2 story spot but I have a new guy who might want it waiting for his reply.
no charge to him or if he does not want it to another.
