I'm selling my patio, as I have no need for it anymore.

Its located in an area with almost no activity - a few spawns do wander the area, but its very limited. Just to the west of the patio theres room to place 1 small house - South of the patio theres room for 2+ small houses.

If you by furniture mean the tables, then yes.
The chest's will be removed as its too much of a hassle to empty them, rather then moving them
I'm not moving the crates as they're empty.
