Not sure how to tell.
It says "dying tub" and when I use it says "select clothing to dye" and no other message when I use it.

Just made a razor macro to repeatedly use the dye tub and let run for a few minutes. Still is dying black, so unless the charges are in the 1000s I think it's unlimited.

if it doesnt say a black dye tub 1 charges left or 0 cahrges left it is unlimited
