For Sale - Brit Gate Vendor House SOLD

Today for sale we have a small house just east of the Brit moongate. You can see the gate in the map pictured. Now I'm not about to tell you that this is the be all end all vendor house, by no means. What I can tell you is that several months ago I had setup shop there selling stuff with my GM blacksmith and scribe. With zero advertising in the forum or irc I sold a pretty good amount of dex suits and recall scrolls. I got bored of the vendor game and stopped a while ago, but I've held onto the house. One reason is that I really wanted to get a hold of the house next door (in picture). With it an L can fit there and I thought if I got that I may give a vendor house another go. Alas, the house in question seems to be going nowhere, after plenty of attempts on my part to contact the mystery owner (even though it's been named 'for sale' the entire time, har har I suppose).

So with that all said, coupled with my desire to lower my amount of houses here, this fine potential vendor house can be yours for a reasonable price. Bidding starts at deed +20k with a buyout of two small house deeds. Post here or PM, I do not care. Ending date to be determined, depending on how much interest there is.

I prefer to use Halogen as a broker but I am open to suggestion if your choice is a reputable one.
