You're looking at, at most, 40 hours of stat. Red, at most, for considerably longer. But I don't really know if myUOSA shows short or long or lifetime.

MyUOSA shows long-term (must be below 5 to be blue again) and "lifetime" (no relevance to gameplay whatsoever).

Bounty boards in towns show short-term (must be below 5 to avoid stat loss).
