Yeah they really have flipped out this morning. Someone spiked their morning cup of joe.. Took me 5 minutes to find the stable master this morning..

Derrick may have put some of the new AI in possibly last night that wouldn't take effect until server restart this morning. However, I am pretty sure he told me he wasn't going to put any of it in until we had more time to test it. If it is in the vendor spawn timers also need adjusted so that they respawn back home faster. At least if they are staying away from their shop for an excessive amount of time meaning 3-5 mins.

Aye. The new AI inadvertantly got added this morning. It wasn't quite release ready, but we backed out a couple of the changes and did a restart this morning around 9:30am to fix it. Patch notes will be up soon.
