-You can make a bid publicly or privately.
-I will not inform you of what the largest private bid is. I am not going to make up prices to try and bump up the value of the property, nor encourage people to get into a bidding war.
-We will either use a broker (I reserve the right to reject your choice of broker), or you will give me the full value of the property before I transfer it.

Low spawn. All 3 courtyards are marked - I have no idea if they're secure but I was informed they are so when I bought the house from Panthor, who bought it from Kelek.

You can run to Yew from here, it probably takes somewhere between a minute and 90 seconds, I have no idea really.
