Flour mills crafting ability

Hey all, I am currently making a crafter that can make all add-ons and after GMing carpentry, I started on tinkering to get to 75 to make flour mills (says the Wiki page). However, I just passed the 50 tinkering mark and now I can see flour mills are available in addition to ovens. Can anyone else confirm for me that they can craft flour mills with only 50 tinkering? If so, I think we need to update the Wiki page so noobs like myself don't let there tinker macro running all night when we can just stop at 50 to make everything. Thanks!
