ok lets say i killed 5 people in an hour.... in 20 hours ill be safe to rez... well how many hours until i have 0 long term.... just 40? since it was all within the one hour or is it 40 hrs per individual count?????

40 hours per count. Also, I think within 8 hours you'd be safe to rez, since at that point you'd have 4 short-terms.
