GUI question

On some screenshots I see small gray buttons with skills on the screen, for example (Detect Hidden)

What add on makes these - as they look very handy!

Just drag it off of your skill menu onto the game screen.
[14:17] <UOSAPlayer4056> cr3w guild is a joke. Ran by staff members, multi client pking, this shards a joke and a half.
