2 Small Houses on Covetous Mountain - Close to Minoc Moongat

Made a few edits, and re-posting with cheaper price. Just want to get rid of these. Any offers accepted.

I'm selling 2 small houses located right next to each other on the covetous mountain. Not many neighbors around. Extremely light spawn. Haven't seen any mobs around for at least a week. Really short run to the Minoc/Vesper Moongate, and both of the towns are close by as well. Vesper Graveyard is also very close

I haven't tried, but it looks like there MIGHT be enough room to tear down these two houses and put up a larger house. I don't have the cash on hand to try it, but it could be possible. Something to think about.

Trying to sell these two to eventually upgrade a larger place in a different area. They're already emptied and ready for transfer.
