Northern Territories spawn?

Has anyone else noticed increased spawn up in the Northern Territories?

And no this isn't another C^V event.

I was walking along and I suddenly got ganked by a gargoyle, a troll, an ogre, a 2 ettins, 4 orcs, a lizardman, 2 mongbats, and a harpy. There was a reaper just offscreen of this shot. Pretty much the gamut of the area's spawn.

House spawn ? Someone sits at home ,say making scrolls. Spawn agros on him, he gates just before you walk by ... hello mob

I've noticed a particular peninsula in the NT that has a crazy spawn like that, must be the one you were on. If it is that spot, then it's nothing new.

That looks light compared to that area in T2A.

I don't think a lot of people realize just how many NPCs there are supposed to be. It has gotten a lot better since I came back recently, but dungeons should be so cloged with monsters that it should be difficult to move!
