Grass L-Shape for sale!

A really great L-Shape placed on grass right near Cove town. It's adjacent to the water and there are no other houses visible from the property. The cemetery is only a shot walk to the east

Asking for Deed + Small.

A small camp, just a screen away spawns Guard NPCs - which could be an excellent resource for training combat skills.
