Price is now small deed and 37.6k
I will drop the price with 10k every week untill it gets sold.
The house is the closest to water witch is great for fishing, there is also alot of wood around it with low spawn no aggresive spawn.
This was placed with the new housing rules witch made it closer to britain then before the patch.
So in otherwords noone has had it before.
