Yeah I placed this house fresh about 4-5 months ago, maybe someone let it decay and noone noticed? its been a really good starter house and i just kept it until i got to where i wanted so its time to sell it off and i know someone else will enjoy this one. almost no one comes around and really wimpy spawn.

Yeah its a pretty good price, still going to run it til auction end though, never know if someone will see it for the first time when the auction is about to close and raise the bid. It may go up or down. Wish someone would at least bid 15k for my large brick though! lol
