I used to own this tower and it is indeed awesome. The Spawn is really rare because it faces the water. I highly recommend both the property and the seller. Don't miss out on this one!

Sorry, but i will have to retract my bid, i was able to place a tower on my large brick i had currently owned/placed, even though i have the money, i have no need for this/second tower. Sorry for retracting. But i did like the waterfront property, thought about it going ahead with it and going broke for a little while and letting my Tank Mage/future pk maybe?) live there for his evil gettaway home. oh well, good luck. Very nice though if you dont mind being off the mainland.
