Is Cartography needed on a T-hunter?

Post by jmal01 »

I'm currently training up a t-hunter and I would like to drop carto for resist.

What role does carto play? Could i just create a mule char and GM carto with him and decode T-maps and then give the decoded t-map to my bard/mage.

Or do you need to have carto to clk and dig up the chest?

The character that decoded the treasure map has to be the one that digs it up.
Please choose a more appropriate signature.

HOWEVER, you can make a character specifically for digging up, lockpicking, and then destroying the chest, and another to bard everything up and loot it! You also have the additional bonus of having 2 backpacks to carry all the loot!!
