This location is also great for fisherman, as you can park your boat right out back. Spawn is very slow and is usually just a couple of orcs, but there are plenty of polar bears to tame!! Starting the bidding at 2 small deeds and will let it run until 48 hours after the last bid. I reserve the right to cancel the auction if I feel that it's not going for what it's worth.
