Fletching question...

Hey all! I'm totally brand new to the game and need some help. I need to craft standard fletcher's tools. How can I do that? I have a tinkerer that is currently at 50.2 but I don't see the option to build the fletcher's tools. Do I need to "learn" this from someone? Or, where can I purchase it from? I need it for my carpenter/archer char and I can't really move forward with that char until I get the fletcher's tools. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Try to double click a dagger and use it on the wood.

I dont think fletchers tools exist in this era. As Keuss said all you will ever need for your fletcher is your newbie dagger! dont lose it!
