Who am I?
I am the original owner of the Magincia Beach Mall. The forth I gave to a friend and he quit without notice and it decayed. I'm not sure who placed and now owns the 4th.
Why am I selling it?
I can't maintain my vendors anymore - hence why I recently took them down.

The thing that makes this location one of the BEST vendor spots - It is RIGHT next to the guards protection. In fact, you can call guards as you are buying something from the vendors on the front door step (6 vendor spots with guards protection!!!). It's probably the safest vendor location and has A LOT OF POTENTIAL.
Price?
In the right hands these 3 of 4 houses are worth more than a placed castle, so I'm looking for a high price for the 3 houses. (seven figures) Though I would like to sell all 3 of the houses to one person, I will consider offers on a single house of the Magincia Beach Mall.
