I was just wondering something, on OSI there was a weird thing with how skills decayed once you were at 700 skill cap
Certain skills were easier to drop then others (one of the easiest to drop was camping), which affected your gains of other skills
if the skill you are lowering to gain was lower on the decay chart then the skill you was working your gains would be a bit slower,
So for example you are 700 skill points and your working blacksmith and 10 points of taming are set to decay for your BS gains, if you would switch those 10 remaining points to camping your gains would go a bit faster because camping was easier to drop then taming
Is this true here too? and either answer anyone know when they implemented this?

That mechanism does not exist here. Skills have a preset gainfactor that does not take into account the system that you describe.
