I thought i would put this up in the hopes it helped some other dummy like me .Yesterday i kept loosing con with the game . I got it fixed this is the story .
step 1 restarted client (nada)
step 2 restarted client w/o razor (nada)
step 3 read many threads on this forum (interesting )
step 4 turned off power management for wireless adapter (nada)
step 5 started pinging sever at 8.8.8.8 -t interesting info here 1 timed out packet = lag / 2 in a row = 30 second freeze / 3 in a row = disconnect but still (nada)
step 6 moved to my wired desktop installed client ect. (nada)
step 7 restarted router (nada)
step 8 reset network key in router while eye balling niegbors house (nada)
step 9 jacked cat 5 straight into desktop bypassing router (nada)
step 10 called a buddy at 10:00 PM (a little late for him but we are close. at least we were) after telling him my woes I here ''restart your cable modem dummy" (CLICK)
instant gratification works better than ever
4:30 this morning i was awoken by a very frustrated wife who couldnt get on and pay some bills before work with out the new network key (ouch)
