Large place with fast food and a decent seafood menu. A tropical play area before you enter, this beachfront home is not only the definition of exclusivity, but there isn't a housing perk that isn't here. Beach? Check. Fish from your roof? Check. Neighbors? One. Yeah, but it's me, but I'm on the /other/ beach, so no worries. Available tree fort? Check. I mean, come on guys. There is a special availability regarding this house that only the winner will be informed of as well.

I went to check it out and there are three neighbors out front.

Pretty sure I used to own this and it was GF placed one tile south so the tree acted as an extended wall blocking mobs. Too bad it fell. Nice catch Vega.
Sold it about 6 months ago for a keep deed. Could have gotten more but the tower was to be used by pirates for RP purposes so I was happy to let someone put it to better use than just me refreshing.
