Anyone else seeing this when trying to use the browser based IRC client?

Yes, the web-based IRC client in not working well at the moment. I suggest using mIRC or another stand alone IRC client.

Yeah this happens periodically, eventually seems to fix itself.

Chumbucket recommended me to try Mibbit, it's a webbased IRC client. Easy and quick! Very good.
