On level 5 of Shame, just off screen there's a boat that PKs/reds like Lebron James and others over time have used for training. See upper right corner of the pic below. Anybody know how to get on the boat, or next to it?

It is a boat in an area of the map that is blocked off by another boat, so you cannot get there, effectively allowing them to sit there without worrying about being bothered. They also have a nice direct view of the blood elemental hunting ground, so they can see if there's people hunting there and they can go and pk when they see an easy prey.
