For this auction:
- Please do only bid in increment by atleast 5k.
- This auction will go for a maximum of 7 days.
- I reserve the right to not sell the house, or finish the auction earlier.
- The winner of the auction will hand over the gold/deed before I transfer the ownership, or if the winner wishes the deal will go through a broker. Broker costs are then to be paid by the winner.
