I own that house plot, its right outside brit, the huge one that can fit a keep + that wont allow you to place any houses. I broke the game though and placed a house only I can see and its jam packed full of rares, more rares than telemon, banks and vega combined. I wish I could show you but its client based only.

If you read when you enter this patch of grass land it says "you are now under the guards protection".
You simply cant place when you are under the guards protection. Sorry.
