I have 2xL-Shapes (2-Story Houses) for sale right next to each other. Now taking bids on each separate. Very little foot traffic if any ever, never see any active neighbors, near/next to water, and spawn isn't horrible. All add-on items will stay. See pictures for more info!

I reserve all rights to end the auction at any time, refuse bid or sale, etc.

Maybe I shouldn't write this but I'm going to anyway.

Achu may be a perfectly decent fellow, but he's been here less than 3 months and has no history as a seller. Whereas I've been here 4 years and have an extremely well-documented reputation as a buyer and seller of everything under the sun including large houses.

Because he's new and I'm well established, I asked Achu if he'd transfer ownership before I handed him the deeds. He declines, as is his RIGHT, I acknowledge, and thus we now require a broker. Forget that if I scam him, I lose a 4-year account populated with 8 large houses/towers, a bunch of smalls, and a ton of loot and cash. It just makes no sense.

Whereas he's new, has never sold, so we just don't know.

I find it ridiculous to have to use a broker given this fact pattern, but so be it.

Achu, I would love for you to reconsider. I'm sorta sorry for making this public, but I'm sorry it's ridiculous and it pisses me off. Just do the trade.

If we can't work this out, who would be willing to broker this deal?

Budner i will say that im pretty sure i sold him the smalls that allowed him to place the second L he took a bit of time gettin the money together but was pretty straight forward trade

i know my word isnt end all be all im just tellin you what i know of the guy

Its ok Budner, I understand. I'm an honest guy really but its all trust with verification here in the digital world. The only reason I said no is because you called me out in the thread when I bid on this exact house implying that I may not or will not make payment. Makes me more cautious so I just figured with our history together,and even at your recommendation mind you, we might as well use a broker. If we use a broker, we will both be happy and safe! As previously posted, AshBorn has been contacted and is going to broker the deal later tonight. All is well in Britania! Thank you and I look forward to doing business with you.
