so this keep isnt gonna be an auction there is gonna be 1 price you pay it its yours

2x deed wed like to note we at Dyx are trying to lower the Market slowly but surely (and 2x deed for a keep is the cheapest keep in months)

we marked CY runes did not keep copies they are locked down in your future keep

I just eliminated concerns of plants in the floor for any potential buyers. Like I said, you can thank me later.

I'm shocked nobody has bought this actually.
Just a heads up to anyone that potentially wants it I would have to try it at Server Save but I'm fairly confident I can get Patio/Brick to fit in this location as well.
