Use this route if you've registered your account in the past and have access to the email address you used.

According to that link, they won't help you with a password reset if the account isn't registered.

If it is, and you want to try your odds at speeding up your request; I suggest you log on to the IRC and PM Derrick there, but do not expect a same day response.
