Looking for the owner of Large Brick in Fens of the Dead

hail, I am looking for the owner of this large brick in Fens of the Dead, would like to offer him/her a considerable trade for it. If anyone knows who owns it I would appreciate any information.

I own that first tower northeast of this brick. but have no idea who´s the owner of this one :/
