Trying to upgrade my housing, looking to buy Patio/LB
I have a Lshape Deed, 2 smalls and about 120k, just so you know my max budget- not sure going rate but hoping i can upgrade... any ideas let me know!

I don't think 3x + some change patio deed will get you remote at all.

I don't sell housing anymore. However, a remote swamp or jungle one and or a regular placed one sounds feasible for that price.
