Home Decor Service, building a portfolio, please consider!
Hello all,
I am new to the shard, but an OSI and free-server veteran of over five years. Back in the day, my business was home decor, and looking around UOSA, I notice so many bare houses.
For players that value aesthetics, or functional utility and flow with their storage, I am offering my services as a professional home decorator. My skills lie in building creative and realistic displays and usable features for any type of house. Whether you own a guild hall, a vendor storefront, or just a cozy retreat, I can take any plain or unadorned space and turn it into a head-turning attraction.
But I can't convince people to allow me access to their homes without a positive reputation and a portfolio of successful transformations, so I am asking for help. I would like to start building a portfolio of small jobs so that I can show the community my skills and style, which include an attention to detail, great design with limited lock-downs, and intuitive storage solutions.
If you have small empty houses or disorganized storage shacks, please give me the opportunity to come in and show you what I can do. I will offer very reasonable prices in exchange for the favor, and hopefully start leaving a trail of satisfied homeowners.
Thanks for reading!

Thanks for all the responses. I am excited to get started! Tekai, I cannot offer a flat rate, but I am glad to give estimates after speaking about your design goals and I can work within any budget. If you would like work done please send me a pm with your preferred contact information and I can get started responding tomorrow!

Hello all.
Here is the first public sampling of my work.
The theme is a tailor's workshop.
technical details:
-The wall is meant to be passed on the Eastern-most tile by unlocking the small table, but a trash barrel could serve.
-The chair at the workbench has access to all chests, as well as the loom.
-The tables supporting the leather sleeves and bucket of "pins" are unpassable due to the red wooden boxes on the bottom. Items directly across from the wall are inaccessible as well.
-15 out of 25 lockdowns are used
More to come!

New Update!
Thanks to BenBrawl for giving me the opportunity to design his Moonglow vendor house.
Technical details:
-16 out of 25 lockdowns used (decided to lock the raised decorations (such as hanging lanterns) to prevent accidental drops due to items being placed on their tiles)
-Items behind the row of tables are inaccessible except by house members with unlock privileges
