I'll give you 1k for the invuln shorts.

People don't appreciate the value of female armor.

You can get into the high 30s with female leather invuln items and no dex loss.

Female plate is 5 dex loss but well worth it.

Female plate + shorts + bone helm (all invuln) = AC 50!

And you're still at 95 dex.

That's without gloves, arms, or gorget. (They don't seem to add anything)
