I would "prefer" all houses to be sold at once but will accept offers on single units if interest is not there for the entire bundle.

*There is an invulnerable harbor master, t hunters, and daily spawning horses available here.
*Hardly any traffic ever is always a plus.
*Only a few newbie players live here in smalls
*Many small spots are available for placement.
*Would be a great hide out for pirates to stash there buried treasure.
