REPORTED ISSUE: Explosion spell eating mana, but not going off

ISSUE DETAILS: Casting two explosion spells, quickly, on the same creature only results in one explosion going off, but both eating your mana.

ENVIRONMENT DETAILS:

STEPS TO RECREATE: Cast explosion, target monster. Immediately cast second explosion, target monster. Only the second spell does damage, but both used mana. If you target the creature with the second explosion spell before the first one goes off, it seems to reset the explosion timer and ignores the first one that was cast.

EXPECTED RESULTS: Both explosion spells doing damage.

Unfortuently i believe this is accurate and was changed near the start of the server.

You cannot stack another explosion over the other.

This is an accurate game mechanic for this era.
