Alchemist vendors/Hair Dye
If im not mistaking, The alchemist npc vendors use to sell regular hair dye bottles that came in different colors. It would still let you choose all the regular hair colors, but the actual bottles of hair dye came in a variety of colors.

the original hair dyes dyed your hair the color of the bottle and were only temporary.
I had this half implemented before someone pulled a patch note showing that it changed prior to or at the beginning of the T2A era.
It possible that the hair dyes remained those random colors though, something that hadn't previously been mentioned. Thanks!
